What if you can’t rank my brokerage?

After the first 3 paid months are over, we will work for free for the next 9 months or until ranking is achieved (12 months total). If we fail to rank at least 5 keywords by then, we provide a 100% full refund of every dollar paid.

Who selects the keywords?

Ideally, we conduct comprehensive keyword research to select the top 10 highest-intent keywords for your mortgage business. However, if you want to take charge of selecting keywords, you can do so and we will work to rank them.

Is there a long-term contract?

Our initial agreement is for the 3-month sprint. After that, it converts to a month-to-month maintenance arrangement. Results keep you as a client, not a piece of paper.
